In the recruitment industry, no one really sees the KPIs, micro-management, mental stress, anxiety and burnout behind the scenes for most of the other recruitment companies. For us, we wanted to build a business that was high in credibility and experts in what we do but also creating a lifestyle centered around flexibility and health. Thus creating a fun environment where people want to work.

This business started initially with 4 people, some with little to no experience but a lot of ambition. Even though we had huge anxiety, our determination and a view of what we can do differently helped us pull through when obstacles came. We gritted our teeth and rolled up our sleeves, we made it work and we built the basis of the business through very challenging times and that gave us the infrastructure of what we have today.
